Dawn Gallie, Associate Director and Head of Employment, will lead the session, providing an overview of the employer’s obligations including:

- The investigation and obtaining witness statements,
- Conducting the grievance hearing,
- Dealing with related disciplinary proceedings and
- Managing confidentiality.

This is a valuable opportunity for your organisation to keep up-to-date with its legal requirements and the latest developments in employment law.
