In Chard Library from 10 am-12 pm and 1 pm-2pm, we have sessions that will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as the point of contact for your local community.
They can:
- answer questions about your bill
- refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
- provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
- answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
