At Yeovil Library, from 10 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 2 pm, the sessions provide an opportunity to speak with a Customer Adviser, who will serve as the primary point of contact for the local community.

They can:
- answer questions about your bill
- refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
- provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
- answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
