April Wild Women (over 50) at Chard Reservoir

Hey there! Join us on April 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM (BST) for a fun and relaxed afternoon at Chard Reservoir - Oaklands Avenue car park. This event is perfect for wild women over 50 looking to connect, enjoy nature, and have a great time outdoors.

We will focus the walk on seeing which waterbirds are around and going into the hide. Helen will be guiding you through the 5k circular walk and pointing out birds and their calls. Do not worry, there’s a loo halfway around.

The ground is mainly flat and pathed. Walking footwear is best, and please wear weather-appropriate clothing.
Don’t miss out on meeting fabulous like-minded people in a beautiful spot!

If you have some binoculars, please bring them along. We will have some to lend out.

Unfortunately although we love your furry friends, the wildlife does not always feel the same. We ask you polietly to keep dogs at home (except guide dogs)
