Connor Hyde meets Tim Rice

    Radio Ninesprings arranged for Connor Hyde of Yeovil to meet Sir Tim Rice during his recent appearance at the Westlands Entertainment Venue.

    Radio Ninesprings arranged for Connor Hyde of Yeovil to meet Sir Tim Rice during his recent appearance at the Westlands Entertainment Venue. Connor, aged 27, who lives with epilepsy and cerebral palsy, is competing in the London Marathon to raise money for the Lord's Taverners, of which Sir Tim is a former president.

    Sir Tim, won Oscars for Best Original Song for "A Whole New World" from Aladdin, "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" from The Lion King, and "You Must Love Me" from Evita. These songs were written in collaboration with other artists such as Elton John for Aladdin and The Lion King, and with Lloyd Webber for Evita.
