A former sub-postmaster now living in Somerset says the apology from the former CEO of the Post Office over the Horizon IT scandal is hollow. Giving evidence at the public inquiry, Paula Vennells admitted to not asking enough questions when problems with the Horizon system were reported, and to not knowing the Post Office had its own powers of prosecution. Andrew and Kathy Tizzard ran a Post Office in Wales with Kathy ending up in hospital as a result of the stress caused by the faulty software. Andrew says Paula Vennells is not a credible witness.
