Just under 5,700 patients attended for advice and treatment last month; an increase of 3 percent on August’s figure and up 7 percent on September last year. Yeovil Hospital is asking people to consider calling NHS 111, visiting a pharmacist or using one of Somerset’s minor injuries units before attending A&E at Yeovil Hospital.
