A former Director of Yeovil Town says he's worried about the club's financial future. It follows the Glovers' relegation from the National League and into football’s sixth tier next season. Stephen Allinson was a Director at Yeovil Town between 2001 and 2015. He says it would help greatly to have the issue over the club’s ownership settled quickly.

People in Somerset that have been offered a Covid spring booster jab are being urged to take it up. The jab is being made available to people aged seventy-five and over, and those with weakened immune systems.

A man who fled the war in Congo to live in Somerset as an asylum-seeker has won a national carer's award. Yves Tshomba was named "Best Home Carer" at the National Great British Care Awards. Yves says he loves doing his job but getting accepted in the role was not easy.

The Bishop of Bath and Wells will play a key role in the Coronation of King Charles the Third. Bishop Michael will be beside the King for parts of the ceremony in a tradition that dates back nearly one thousand years.

Ferne Animal Sanctuary has launched a virtual Pet’s Got Talent competition to celebrate National Pet Month. The charity is encouraging pet owners to take part and upload short videos of their animals to the Ferne Animal Sanctuary website.
