The site, which was bought for a reported £3,500,000, and includes 26 retail units, a restaurant, public conveniences and Yeovil bus station, is on offer with a guide price of £1,750,000 through estate agents, Alder King.

The areas at risk are the Rose Mills Industrial Estate, Hort Bridge, Station Road including Holway House Park, Railway Cuttings, Home Farm Way, including Home Farm Park, Green Lane, The Old Orchard, and Winterhay Lane, including the Manor Farm area. A flood warning is also in place from Chard Reservoir to Hambridge.
